Matthew and Colleen were very professional, a pleasure to work with and handled everything in a timely fashion. Communication was easy, all and all it was a good experience for a bad situation. It does however take an extended period of time for the city/ state to do their end of the paperwork. So it has taken a long time.. definitely expect a full year to a year in a half.
