As a criminal defense attorney, my job is to get you exceptional results
The most important job I have is to present your story in a way that accomplishes the desired outcome. To the court, you’re just another file, but I will make sure the Judge knows you, your family, and how this case will affect your life. I will put you first, take the time to understand your case, and create a strategy that ensures you will have the best possible outcome for yourself and your future. You deserve to have a criminal defense attorney that is knowledgeable, compassionate, aggressive, and who will fight to protect your rights.
My experience gives me a unique perspective and advantage in the courtroom
As a former prosecutor in Cook County, I offer a unique perspective on criminal cases. I know what the other side will likely argue and what evidence or theories they may present. In addition, I have been in the courtroom with numerous judges and worked with or gone up against a multitude of attorneys. These insights allow me to prepare for all potential issues that may arise and hone my strategy to set my client up for success.
My experience and insight have allowed me to help clients with a wide range of issues get justice. One case I’m particularly proud of is when an attempted murder charge was dismissed because of my representation. The evidence clearly showed my client should not have been charged. After we re-interviewed witnesses and with help from a private investigator we were able to present new evidence and acquire a dismissal for the client.
In addition, I have secured many expungements for clients and obtained numerous dismissals for theft, DUI’s, and other criminal charges. I have negotiated fair settlements and a multitude of people have heard the words “not guilty” when I’ve represented them at trial. You want a criminal defense attorney with a record of success; contact me today.
