I hired Mr Fakhoury to handle my expungement case after becoming frustrated with my previous legal representation. Within less than two months Mr Fakhoury was able to move up my court date from April to January, file all pertinent documents and get my charge of 20 years expunged. As my case was a misdemeanor it should have been a simple legal issue- however since the case was 20 years old and some of the pertinent information was missing – it ended up to be more complicated.
